Mark is currently the Managing Director-Africa of Evrensel Capital Partners, a global merchant banking and fund management company.

He is also the President of Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry – AACCI, a transnational chamber (Ghana chapter).

Mark is a Senator in the World Business Angels Investment Forum, (WBAF) honorably representing his country, Ghana at the Grand Assembly.

He is also a Governing Council Member and Vice Chairman of The Private Office of H.E Edward Agyekum Kufuor, an Executive Director of African Rating Agency and a Director of Heritage Capital Management Ltd, a Ghana based investment facilitation company.

Mark was recently honored to feature in Passion Vista Magazine-A global lifestyle and luxury magazine based in India and has received several global awards in governance and leadership, including African Icons Award, 2021, Outstanding Young African Leadership Award 2021 and Sheikh Saqer Bin Mohamed Al Qassimi’s Private Office prestigious award 2020.

Mark is an Ambassador of The Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club and a prestigious Member of Szidonia Business Club in Szidonia Castle, Vienna.

He is Responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs, products and services of ECP in Africa, including the firm’s financial performance, portfolio quality, business development, HR development, operations and risk management.

He is the key advisor in matters regarding changes in investment strategy, asset classes, asset allocation, investment risk, liquidity, benchmark indices, investment limits and other operating parameters.

Mark is an Investment banker and an SME Finance expert with seventeen (17) years extensive experience in Investment Management, International Trade, Credit Management, Financial Risk Management and Corporate Finance.

Mark is an expert in financial intermediation with special focus on structured finance, financial analysis, asset management, and private placement programs.
