Silas Nii Armah Mettle is an astute entrepreneur based in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. He is one of the most dynamic and highly energetic young men and very ambitious.

Silas is currently serving as the Head business development of Asian-African Chamber Of Commerce and Industry – AACCI (Ghana Chapter). A transnational chamber organization that facilitates business trade across Asia and Africa with its secretariat office in India.

He is responsible for the development of growth strategies focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction. He conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs.

He is responsible for increasing revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding the chamber’s presence. He leads cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate the business goals of the chamber and partners in Ghana.

Silas is passionate about empowering others in this generation and beyond. He was honored with two International leadership awards in 2015 and 2016 respectively as recognition to his selfless leadership during his time with Global Wealth Trade International now known as Opulence Global, a Canada based company.  He is well travelled, speaks and mentors tens of thousands of people.

Silas also trades in the online Forex platform and does Real Estate consulting, Marketing and Innovations consulting. And public speaking. He had the opportunity to speak on stage in-front of over 3500 entrepreneurs in Pretoria, South Africa. He is currently working with Lifestyle Asset Hub, a Pan African Real Estate Company with its inception from Abuja, Nigeria. Helping with business development in Ghana and beyond.

Silas has worked with Chapter 58 trust, Liberty Capital Holdings (brokerage department) and also served as an assistant manager with China Africa Trade Platform. Silas is hardworking and he is constantly looking for opportunities to grow and develop so he can become more valuable to the marketplace. He was recently part of the planning team for the third (3RD) martial arts open school , a project by International Centre of Martial Arts (ICM) for Youth development and engagement under the auspices of  United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)

Outside of his busy life, Silas is a lover of nature, loves travelling and creating new experiences. He enjoys networking and dancing.
