Role Overview: The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth, revenue, and strategic partnerships for the Chamber. They lead a dynamic team, focusing on membership expansion, financial sustainability, and enhancing the Chamber’s influence.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  1. Membership Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the membership base by converting leads into new members.
  2. Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets through sales of memberships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
  3. Member Engagement: Foster member satisfaction, engagement, and renewals for a strong and loyal member community.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture partnerships with key organizations to enhance the Chamber’s reach and influence.
  5. Event Success: Drive participation and sponsorship for Chamber events by engaging sponsors and encouraging member involvement.
  6. Market Insights: Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for effective sales strategies.
  7. CRM Utilization: Optimize sales processes and customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive sales reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  9. Brand Ambassador: Maintain a professional image while representing the Chamber to external stakeholders and the business community.

JOB SKILLS:

  1. Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.

Officer Strategic Alliance

Company Overview: Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation (AACCI) is a registered private, non-stock corporation headquartered in Delaware, USA. Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for promoting trade and business between Asian and African regions, with a focus on supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and industries. AACCI aims to foster economic growth and sustainable business practices through strategic alliances, trade facilitation, and policy advocacy.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Officer Strategic Alliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships, facilitating trade agreements, and advocating for policies that enhance economic cooperation between Asia and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and trade regulations in Asian and African countries. Provide insights and analysis to AACCI members to support their business decision-making processes.
  2. Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with relevant organizations, industry associations, and government agencies to strengthen AACCI’s network and influence. Identify strategic alliances that can enhance AACCI’s objectives and expand its reach.
  3. Collecting information about Global Events & see how AACCI can participate / collaborate for the same.
  4. Trade Facilitation: Facilitate trade agreements and partnerships between Asian and African businesses. Monitor trade trends between the two regions and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Event Management: Support to organize trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote business interactions among members. Ensure smooth execution of events and measure their effectiveness in fostering trade relations. Pre & Post event promotions on all social media of AACCI.
  6. Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies that promote trade and economic cooperation between Asia and Africa.
  7. Collecting Trade Data
  8. Identifying MOU Partners & Event Partners with logo support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic alliance development, preferably in an international business environment.
  • Strong understanding of trade dynamics and regulations in Asian and African markets.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
