Since March 2019, Soumaya Chebbi has been at the helm of an international company called Angel Global Advice and Services. This company specializes in providing international support to both private and public enterprises, focusing on service offerings related to innovative financing solutions for various projects aimed at enhancing the technological, financial, and strategic development of businesses and government institutions, particularly in Europe and Africa.

In the course of 2017, she was involved with a Sports Management Agency called ALLSPORTS, where she provided methodological support and guidance to various departments within the company. She advised on the implementation of ISO 9001 procedures, including certification processes and normative evolutions.

Additionally, she operates as a real estate agent with a diverse portfolio that encompasses luxury real estate and hospitality. Her clientele primarily comprises affluent individuals seeking investments in the highly residential areas of the Paris region and the Emirates.

Soumaya’s skills as a business engineer have allowed her to excel as a key account manager. She is dynamic in commercial product management and service delivery to businesses, local authorities, and governments, displaying adept negotiation capabilities in business dealings.

Among her responsibilities in her role as manager at the agency, she includes providing methodologies, tracking progress, proposing improvement actions, developing tools, sharing best practices, conducting in-house training, participating in discussions regarding the alignment of common processes such as competency and knowledge management, procurement and contracts, and risk management. She also plays a vital role in cross-functional coordination, preparing ISO 9001 coordination meetings, and implementing decisions made therein. Furthermore, she is instrumental in facilitating internal audits of systems and processes and guiding the quality management process within the Marketing and Commercial Department as part of an agency certification project.

In 2015, she spent approximately a year working for a real estate agency named LUXIA. During her time there, she actively engaged in on-field prospecting to acquire new clients, assisting them through to the completion of real estate transactions.

At PIVELA, a company in the luxury furniture sector, she worked from 2012 to 2014 as a creator and co-manager. Her remarkable negotiation skills allowed her to expand the client portfolio through meticulous market analysis. In support of the company’s commercial development, she initiated the creation of a website, implemented a communication strategy in line with the company’s values and strategies, and organized B-to-B and B-to-C sessions.

Soumaya Chebbi earned her initial degree as an Agronomic Engineer in 2010 from the Higher School of Agriculture in Mograne (ESA Mograne) in Tunisia. In 2016, she completed a Master’s degree in High Technology Business Engineering from Euridis Business School in Paris. She further obtained a third Master’s degree in Engineering for Health Systems and Autonomy from the Faculty of Medicine in Nice in 2017.

In addition to her proficiency in various domains, Soumaya Chebbi is deeply passionate about contributing to humanitarian and charitable causes. She is a member of ADAS, a humanitarian association.
