Rhavy Nursimulu is a trade and logistics strategist with a continental mandate focused on corridor development, trade facilitation, and regional integration. He serves as Trade Commissioner and Advisory Board Member – Global Strategy & Trade Facilitation at the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI), where he contributes to building structured trade linkages between Africa & Asia .
 He is the Founder, CEO & Chief Architect of LOGI-CONSULT, a pan-African logistics and trade architecture firm. Through LOGI-CONSULT, he has convened a trilogy of Trade & Investment Forums in Ébene (Mauritius), Abidjan (Cote d’Ivoire), and Dubai (UAE) – each advancing key pillars of Africa’s trade strategy: access to capital, regional industrial transformation, and global market integration.
Rhavy has contributed to the design and advisory of major logistics infrastructure and trade platforms including the Africa Logistics Zone in Cotonou, the Grand Nokoue logistics hub, and the eCom@Africa platform, for which he advised the Government of Cote d’Ivoire. He also leads LOGI-CONSULT’s activation platforms such as TradeMatch (exporter-buyer engagement) and Nexus (a 4PL model for cross-border product movement).
He is currently preparing the launch of the Africa-Asia Dialogue, an initiative to deepen corridor-level engagement between the two regions. Rhavy is a Chercheur Associe at the Centre de Recherche des Ports, Maritime et Logistique pour l’Afrique de l’Ouest et Centrale (CREMPOL) and an alumnus of RMIT University, holding a Bachelor of Business in Transport & Logistics Management. A fourth-generation Mauritian of Indian origin, he brings a globally oriented, corridor-focused perspective to Africa’s logistics and trade transformation. He is committed to advancing corridor governance, institutional collaboration, and logistics innovation to position Africa as a globally competitive trade and investment partner
