Aviation Ground Services (AGS) has praised the government’s significant investment in upgrading Zimbabwe’s airports to global standards, following the US$153 million renovation of Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport. AGS Managing Director, Caleb Mudyawabikwa, emphasized AGS’s commitment to providing world-class passenger and cargo handling services at the country’s commercial airports. He highlighted the importance of ensuring seamless travel processes, from check-in to boarding, and a 100% on-time performance for flights. With the arrival of Uganda Airlines and other carriers, Mudyawabikwa said Zimbabwe is becoming an attractive destination and is poised to become a regional aviation hub, with AGS playing a key role in enticing more airlines to the country.
